Before You Apply
We’re honoured to offer free holidays to families caring for children and young people with life-limiting conditions. To help us reach those who need it most, please carefully read the following before making a referral.
Eligibility Criteria:
The child or young person must be living in Wales.
They must be diagnosed with a life-limiting condition—meaning there is no reasonable hope of cure and a strong possibility they may not reach adulthood.
Your referral must include a letter from a medical professional or social worker to support the application.

We’ve made applying as simple as possible. Here’s how it works:

Complete the Form
Fill out Page 1 with your personal details and your child’s diagnosis.
Ask your child’s Doctor, Consultant, or Social Worker to complete the endorsement section.
The professional must also include a signed, headed covering letter explaining how the holiday will benefit your child or family.

What Happens Next
Once we receive your full referral, you will hear back from us within four weeks. If approved, we’ll send you a booking form. Please note:
Holidays are limited to a maximum of one week.
We do our best to meet preferred dates but cannot guarantee availability due to high demand.
A £100 refundable deposit is required to cover any damage or breakages. This will be returned once the holiday home is checked after your stay.
